Nintendo and Game Freak have announced new Pokemon game for the Nintendo Switch.

While details are scant, we know the game will be a mainline entry in the series, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.

“Game Freak has begun developing a core RPG Pokemon title on Nintendo Switch,”Pokemon Company president Tsunekazu Ishihara said during the game’s announcement. “It may not release for more than a year, but we hope you will look forward to it all the same.”
