Square Enix has shared new details and the opening movie for Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood.
Featured above, you can view the opening movie for the upcoming expansion to their MMORPG, which the company debuted at the Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest 2017 in Frankfurt, Germany.
Here’s a bunch of new details as well as the box art for the game, via Square Enix:
New Samurai Job
The Samurai comes alongside the previously announced Red Mage as a new DPS job class. Wielding a Katana, the samurai will use STR gear.
New Beast Tribe
The Kojin are a new beast tribe coming in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood. The Kojin are found mostly traversing or near the Ruby Sea, and are mostly made up of traders.
New Residential Area
Shirogane will be the new residential area in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood. It’s made up of predominantly eastern-styled houses and locales.
New Player Hub
The port town of Kugane will be the new player hub in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood.
New Primal
Susano, Lord of the Revel is a brand new Primal coming in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood.
New Dungeons
New dungeons coming in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood include both the Azim Steppe and Yanxia.
Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood is launching for both PlayStation 4 and PC on June 20th.
