• Cygames Announce AAA Console Game, Project Awakening

    Cygames have announced (via Hachima) Project Awakening, a reportedly AAA-grade console game during their press event in Tokyo.

    While development platforms were not announced, a trailer shown for the game has the developer listed as Cygames Osaka, which the company opened last year to focus on developing PlayStation 4 games.

    The teaser trailer shows a girl falling through the clouds – into a city shrouded in mist.

    The shown text reads: “Prepare for regret and disappointment, when the awakening comes.”
