Aksys Games, the publisher of Zero Time Dilemma, had a promotion with Amazon and Gamestop where pre-order customers would get a working watch identical to the ones of the game as a bonus. Unfortunately, Aksys has tweeted that those customers will have to wait a couple of weeks more for them, but will still get the game in time for launch day.
Aksys has emphasized that the watches will eventually reach all pre-order clients, alongside an extra bonus for the inconvenience.
ZTD preorder bonus game/watch bundles were damaged in transit. The watches were sent back to the factory, but game units are on time.

Zero Time Dilemma will be released June 28, 2016 for the Nintendo 3DS and Playstation Vita and June 30, 2016 for the PC version.
