Hearts of Iron IV Now Available for PC, Mac, and Linux

hearts of iron iv 06-07-16-1

Hearts of Iron IV, another installment in Paradox Interactive’s World War II strategy series, has been released on Steam and Paradox Plaza

Continuing the series traditions, the game promises deep, strategic combat on land, air and sea as well as multiple diplomatic, economic and research options.

Worryingly, the game also continues the company’s increasingly controversial DLC policies with multiple game editions differing in the number of assets and the most expensive one containing a season pass. Another DLC containing music by a power metal band Sabaton can be bought separately.

About

I play games (I have a preference for old, weird and difficult ones but that's not the rule) and write articles about them that are sometimes a bit too long. Sometimes I also do things other than gaming, I swear.

While mods will fix it, Paradox censored Hitlers face on the German version.

You can’t really blame Paradox for that though, the law is really stupid in Germany. Hopefully they leave it so that it is really easy to mod.

You certainly can though since afaik there is no law that has to do anything with hitlers face …
