Here’s the Debut Trailer for World’s Longest 5 Minutes

With a title like World’s Longest 5 Minutes, it’s a bit difficult to guess what the game is like, but the debut trailer for the game has really gone the distance to explain exactly what is going on with the title and the game.

Taking place entirely during a 5 minute battle with the Demon King, the game will put you in the shoes of the hero who has forgotten everything about his journey to get there. While the battle may only be five minutes long, the game will be packed to the brim with flashbacks and recollections on the long journey to this battle through small snippets of dialogue and conversations during the fight with your allies, and even the Demon King himself. And, due to this constant flashing back, the 5 minute battle becomes the World’s Longest 5 Minutes.

The game itself is an adventure RPG developed by Syupro-DX, with the release being handled by Nippon Ichi Software. The game is set for a July 28th launch in Japan on the PS Vita.

Damn, thought it was gonna be a Majoras Mask deal, try to beat it within the short time but you gotta reset it if it’s not possible.

NISA will brick time itself at the worst possible moment.

They could really play around with the time jumping concept but I think it will be a pretty straight forward experience with occasional flash forwards to the final boss battle.
