D3 Publisher and developer Matrix Software have published the first details and direct-feed screenshots for Omega Labyrinth, their recently announced PS Vita dungeon RPG where the female protagonist is questing to enlarge her breasts.

The story takes place in the Anberyl Girls Academy, where a bunch of young girls are attending to hopefully grow into beautiful women, in both mind and body. A strange new rumor has surfaced, one involving the “Holy Grail of Beauty” being hidden somewhere in the school. This artifact is said to grant its user any wish they desire.

The girls are filled with curiosity regarding the rumor – the Holy Grail is said to be hidden somewhere in a cave, since ancient times. The cave is reportedly off-limits, although it’s only opened during the anniversary of the school’s founding. The anniversary for the school’s founding is November 8th.

This year, students are once again obsessed with searching for the Holy Grail of Beauty. The protagonist, Aina, only has one wish – to increase her breast size, as her chest is smaller than other girls’ in her school. Will she find the Holy Grail of Beauty?

Aina Akemiya (voice by Haruka Yamazaki)

She’s the always positive and upbeat protagonist of the game. She’s obsessed with enlarging her small breasts, and she journeys into dungeons frequently in the hopes of finding the Holy Grail of Beauty,” which is supposed to grant its user any wish.

She’s not an honor student, but she is frequently popular, and the center of attention. It’s hard for Aina to refuse a favor to a friend, and she rarely ventures into the spotlight on her own – it’s usually her friends’ doing.

According to her, despite her small breasts, she makes up for it with a mesmerizing butt.

Nako Mimomo (voice by Aya Uchida)

She’s Aina’s best friend, and an excellent cook. She as a large chest in comparison to Aina, while Aina wonders if everything she eats goes straight to her breasts. Both friends are frequently together, and often get into trouble as well. She accompanies Aina to a dungeon, although they get separated almost from the get-go.

Sairi Sousha (voice by MAO)

She’s a girl with a quarter-Russian background, and she worships her senpai Aina. She’s a soft-spoken girl, who speaks politely. She also comes with Aina into a dungeon, and differentiates herself by wearing a long scarf the Aina gave to her. Sairi is “adept like a ninja” according to Aina, which doesn’t please her. She also has a small chest, and she worries about it just like Aina does.

Pai (voiced by Emi Uema)

She’s a loving fairy who loves boobs and hiding in cleavage. She’s not really good or evil, although she’s always upbeat. Aina rescues her from a monster, so Pai naturally becomes attached to her. She recants tales of the cave and the Holy Grail, but only to the extent of her knowledge. She addresses people improperly, and has difficulty with certain words that let her lisp slip out.

Omega Labyrinth is a roguelike RPG, meaning the dungeons (and their items, monsters, map, and so on) change every time you enter or exit them. As you move through dungeons, monsters move in turns as well. If you defeat monsters, you’ll get experience points that enable your characters to level up and grow stronger.

If you willingly leave a dungeon, you’ll return to level one, and if you lose all your health, you’ll lose the items you’ve been carrying. Your goal is to naturally progress through dungeons by fully taking advantage of your items, armor, and weapons to defeat your enemies, while also avoiding those pesky traps. The ultimate goal, is the Holy Grail of Beauty.

D3 Publisher is calling this an “orthodox” roguelike RPG, meaning it has all the hallmarks of a dungeon roguelike, including losing all your items upon death, getting hungry, starting at level one each time, and randomized dungeons.

You can pair up with a partner when dungeon crawling in Omega Labyrinth. While you can also go alone, it’s recommended to bring a partner, and properly outfit her with armor, weapons, and guide her in battle with various commands. You’ll also bring double the risk, as if your partner falls, their equipment will also be lost.

Omega Power is the energy that you accumulate via defeating monsters in dungeons. Described as the very essence of womanly strength, the Omega Power is stored in the heroines’ chests, thus, as you gain more Omega Power, their chest size will increase. If you grow into a new cup size, you’ll also get a higher status. When reaching the maximum chest size, you’ll unlock Hatsumune Mode (Chest Bursting Mode), which greatly enhances your status.

However, if you leave a dungeon, your chest size will return to its original form. If Aina gains enough Omega Power, she’ll get the chest she’s always dreamed of. Omega Power is also usable towards purchasing and appraising items, which leads us to the next mechanic.

Oppai Appraisal is the way that you’ll be revealing the true attributes of items you find or purchase in the game. The items start off as “Unidentified Crystals” (they look like something else), to which they must be shoved in between the girl’s breasts.

Once the item is in between her breasts, you shake their breasts vigorously, making the crystal grow and enlarge. Once it reaches its limit, a small explosion occurs and the item will be revealed. You can use any of the girls to perform the Oppai Appraisal, so pick whomever you wish.

You can also skip this mechanic, but we’re not sure why you’d do that.

The “Faint in Agony Awakening” system lets you upgrade your base status and unlock new skills. When using a “Faint in Agony Aroma” item (that are found in dungeons), you can get the girls hot and bothered, which also drives them into an aroused state.

If you touch her during this aroused state, both her Omega Power and status will increase. There are even sensitive spots that will greatly differ in terms of increasing Omega Power, and these change depending on the character and the scene.

There’s even a “Faint in Agony Mode,” which is unlocked by continually getting the girl aroused. If this is unlocked, her entire body becomes a sensitive spot, meaning it’ll be even easier to arouse her. Finally, if you use a certain item in this mode, you’ll enable the “Shyness Break” mode, which reveals even more of the girl’s body.

Lastly, first-run copies of the game come with the “Lightning Malance” weapon and “Butt Shield” armor. If you lose these items by dying in a dungeon, you can re-buy them in game.

Omega Labryinth is launching for PS Vita in Japan on November 19th.
