It seemed inevitable – Nintendo has confirmed Hyrule Warriors for the Nintendo 3DS.
Featured above, a new trailer (it’s a mirror, the original was leaked here, but is now taken down) was shown off for the handheld version of the game. As you can expect, the visuals have been downgraded a bit, to make up for the handheld’s performance in comparison to the Wii U original.
The game is called Zelda Musou: Hyrule All-Stars on the 3DS. It comes with the new playable characters Tetra from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker‘s Tetra and even the King of Hyrule! If you own the Wii U original, you’ll be able to unlock these characters in that version as well.
Further details weren’t announced, but we’ll keep you guys posted. We’re expecting a reveal at this year’s E3, next week.
