It seems like both Famitsu and Bandai Namco are hyping up a collaborative project, if their new nebulous new countdown website is anything to go by.

Both Famitsu.com and Bandai Namco are hyping up the reveal, which is coming on April 13th. Featured above, you can view a screencap of the teaser which depicts a city enshrouded by a hazy mist, and the countdown is linked to your computer’s internal time. If you’re tricky and put your system time beyond April 13th, you’ll see the city become covered in the chains as well.
