Capcom‘s upcoming ye olden times-y Ace Attorney game, The Great Ace Attorney, will be released for the 3DS in Japan on July 9, according to Famitsu. The standard edition of the game will cost 5,800 yen, and the limited edition will be priced at 7,300 yen.
This Ace Attorney sequel takes place during the 19th century (the Victorian Era in England, and the Meiji Period in Japan), and follows an ancestor of Phoenix Wright, Ryuunosuke Naruhodou, who, joined by sidekick Susato Mikotoba, travels to England in order to further his legal studies. There, Naruhodou runs into Sherlock Holmes and works alongside him to solve a case.
