Bandai Namco have updated their roster and released new screenshots for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butouden, which show off more of the characters from Arc System Works’ upcoming 2D fighter.
Joining Goku, Teen Gohan, Trunks, and Vegeta on the roster, the newest confirmed playable characters for Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butouden are Cell, Frieza, Krillin, and Piccolo:
The other characters appearing in the rest of the images are Android 18, Bulma*, Kid Buu, Majin Buu, Chichi*, Ginyu Force*, Kid Gohan, Gotenks, Great Saiyaman*, Master Ginyu, Master Roshi*, Nappa, Raditz, Turtle*, and Videl.
Characters marked with an asterisk are supporting characters, which will not be playable but can appear to aid either fighter in matches. However, note that just because a character isn’t marked with an asterisk, doesn’t mean they are playable.
In case you missed it, Extreme Butouden recently got its first trailer.
Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden will be available on the 3DS in Japan on June 11. A Western release has not been announced yet.
