• Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition Coming June 18th, Includes Playable Vergil, Lady, and Trish

    This week’s Famitsu (via Hachima Kikou) has revealed that Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition is coming this June, with some new additions.

    Arriving on June 18th in Japan on both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Japan, the new enhanced edition will cost 4,490 yen. A PC version is coming on June 24th (thanks, Hazerion). The new version is being touted as a full revamp of the original, and it also includes Vergil, Lady, and Trish as playable characters. Each mission that you clear as Nero and Dante will be playable later with these characters.

    There’s also the “Legendary Dark Knight Mode” from the PC release of Devil May Cry, which is coming in this release. The Japanese voice cast has been confirmed as well:

    • Nero – Kaito Ishikawa
    • Dante – Toshiyuki Morikawa
    • Vergil – Hiroaki Hirata
    • Lady – Fumiko Orikasa
    • Trish – Atsuko Tanaka

    Finally, first-run copies of Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition are coming with bonus costumes for Lady and Trish.
