New Developer Fourattic Debuts With ’80s Throwback, Crossing Souls

The new developer is going to make quite the splash with Crossing Souls. The game is a major throwback to the ’80s, and the trailer certainly will leave you wanting more.

The game takes place in California in 1986 and tells the story of 5 friends who find a powerful artifact—and what becomes of them after that. Despite not knowing what the object actually does, the group will embark on an epic journey that will change them forever.

Through the power of the artifact, the kids will will jump the boundary between life and death itself, as well as find themselves tangled up in secret government conspiracies and a dangerous general who is truly evil.

Crossing Souls will have players utilize five different characters, drawing out their unique strengths and abilities to progress through the game. Between various puzzles, challenges, enemies and other obstacles, players will need to keep their wits about them as they delve into this “old-school action adventure game with RPG touches”.
