Manga Gamer is localizing a visual novel titled euphoria, by Japanese doujin studio CLOCK-UP! It’s content is sure to please quite a lot of sadists and piss off possibly even more internet crusaders.

Featured above, the debut English trailer for the game shows off mostly bits of story and dialogue from the game, an experience which is grounded in a psychological thriller involving a young man, and his forced exploitation of other prisoners. Think of the movie Saw—only, replace the torture and execution scenes with rape, which are later enforced with death anyway.

Yeah, I never thought I’d write that sentence, either, but there it is. The story is centered around the mastermind of the “game” that you’re forced to play, which “game” involves violating the girls or watching them be murdered right in front of you. If you decide not to participate, you’ll be killed, as well.

“Withdrawal from the game will result in death,” and in this game, absolutely nothing will be cut or censored. Manga Gamer is also localizing the HD remaster version, meaning it will run in 1024 x 768, instead of the original 800 x 600 resolution.
