Developer Blocks TotalBiscuit’s Criticism Video

day one garry's incident ss 1

TotalBiscuit is known for his harsh criticism of games and topics within the industry, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that some developers have been rubbed the wrong way by his choice words.

Now, some developers were apparently so upset with his coverage of their game, Day One: Garry’s Incident, that they actually filed a copyright claim on youtube to have his video taken down.

To clarify the situation, TotalBiscuit took to reddit to describe what happened, which you can read here. You can also view the video uploaded to DailyMotion as an alternative here.

The TL;DR version of the whole incident is that the developers gave him the code, he used the code to critique the game, the developer didn’t like it, then they filed a claim against him on youtube to have the video taken down.
