Nintendo has announced a new 16-bit Kirby sprite light, produced by Premium Bandai, and it’s coming next year to brighten your home.
The new 16-bit Kirby sprite light (via 4gamer) is based on the 16-bit Kirby sprite from the extremely wonderful Super Nintendo / Super Famicom entry, Kirby Super Star.
Specs for the 16-bit Kirby sprite light include a USB-C power port, 7.8in wide x 2in deep and 7.5in high, and it even has dimmable brightness so your night light isn’t too bright. A 5 foot long USB-C charging cable is also included.
Preorders are available now exclusively on the Japanese Premium Bandai store until January 2024, after which shipments will start going out.
Here’s some more glamour shots:
Kirby Super Star (known in Japan as Kirby Super Deluxe and as Kirby’s Fun Pak in Europe) was originally released back in 1996 for the Super Nintendo / Super Famicom, and later in 1997 for PAL / European regions.
