IGN has shared a new batch of gameplay for the recently announced open-world THQ Nordic action RPG, Biomutant.

Featured above, the roughly 11-minute long gameplay recording comes via this year’s Gamescom expo.

Players will step into the role of a furry, fully customizable protagonist that utilizes a mix of guns and melee, martial-arts style combat – as well as various mutant abilities. The game unfolds via a player-driven narrative where you create your own tale, pending your actions.

Biomutant is launching across PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One sometime early next year.
