Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Gunfire Games have announced Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition is getting current generation ports.

Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 on October 15th. Owners of the original remaster on Xbox One and PS4 will get the new version as a free upgrade.

New players will be able to pick up the further enhanced ports for $29.99 with a current 50% discount. Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition has been available for Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.

This upgraded edition of the beloved action-adventure brings 4K resolution, ray tracing, and enhanced lighting and shadows to harness the power of today’s consoles.
