• The First Official Touhou Localization is Happening Thanks to Playism

    Touhou is a bullet-hell shooter that is loved the world-over, created by the sole developer Zun back in 1995 with Highly Responsive to Prayers. Unfortunately, due to the series’ high difficulty and obscurity in the mainstream market, an official English release has never happened.

    Now, Playism has announced that the very first English release in the series is really happening, thanks to a partnership with Team Shanghai Alice, a studio headed by Zun himself.

    The localized game will be the upcoming Touhou 14: Double Dealing Character, and according to Playism, English speaking fans will be able to get their hands on it “sooner than you think”
