Ubisoft Collabs with SUPRA on Assassin’s Creed Shoes, Because Reasons

With Ubisoft releasing an Assassin’s Creed film later this month, you almost certainly be expecting them to promote it to death. This promotion, however, is a bit… odd.

Skateboard shoe brand SUPRA has announced a collaboration with both Ubisoft and 20th Century Fox to release three sets of shoes based off the upcoming Assassin’s Creed film. On their web store, SUPRA describes the collab, saying:

In conjunction with the December release of Assassin’s Creed, SUPRA Footwear has created a limited edition capsule of footwear inspired by the film. Assassin’s Creed follows Callum Lynch (played by Michael Fassbender), who through a revolutionary technology discovers that he’s descended from a mysterious secret society of assassins devoted to protecting free will. By absorbing his ancestors’ extraordinary knowledge and fighting skills, Lynch becomes the present day leader in a battle to preserve the freedom of all mankind. In celebration of the film’s global release, we’ve taken three versatile silhouettes and outfitted them in a range of rugged exteriors with patterns and materials directly influenced by the armor worn by the heroes of the film.

If you want these shoes for yourself, you can buy the remaining pairs online here. The shoes will also be available at SUPRA stores and specialty retailers, if you really need Assassin’s Creed shoes in your life.
