Announced way back in 2017, publisher Finji and developer Andrew Shouldice have announced Tunic release date is finally set for March 2022.

The Tunic release date is set for March 17th, 2022 for Windows PC (via Steam), Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. A playable demo is now available over on the Xbox Store.
