Sega premiered new gameplay for Sonic Frontiers during today’s Sonic Central broadcast alongside revealing a new animated special for the game.

The new Sonic Frontiers gameplay shows off more of the open world game, while the Sonic Frontiers: Prologue animated special reveals a new story focused on Knuckles – set before the events of the game. A full premiere for the animated special will come just before the release of the game later this year.
