RPG Maker Unite details the outline editor and more

RPG Maker Unite

Gotcha Gotcha Games shared new details for RPG Maker Unite introducing its outline editor and more.

Here’s the new details:

First to feature an “Outline Editor” for a bird’s eye view of the entire game! Easily grasp and manage your project!

Introducing the “Outline Editor,” a unique new feature of RPG Maker Unite.

The “Outline Editor” is a new feature of RPG Maker Unite. As the name of the feature suggests, it is a production support function that allows you to outline and manage the storyline of your game. The image is a work in progress, but each scene from the opening to the ending of the game is connected by lines and displayed like a flowchart.

In normal game development, the game is often managed using external spreadsheet software at the same time, but in “RPG Maker Unite” there are sections that can be written in as story progression, scene connections, or as a notepad.

Each chapter or subsection of the game can be connected and drawn for easier understanding.

By having a bird’s eye view of the game all at once, users can more easily see how far they have come in their game and what they need to add next!

It also makes it easier to find the map you want to edit from each map node, which will greatly reduce the amount of time spent searching for maps. The larger the game, the more efficiently it can be produced. By being able to manage the flow from the opening to the ending as a diagram, even beginners will be able to enjoy creating games more smoothly.

Assumed levels, notes, etc. can also be included.

By clicking on a node in each map, you can write notes and other information about the map or chapter. What used to require external management tools or handwritten notes can now be completed entirely in “RPG Maker Unite”!

Not only is it now easier for you to check it yourself, but it’s also easier to share it with others and team members!

The new features will not only make the software easier to use by improving the convenience of the development aspect, but will also enhance the support until the completion of the game by making it easier to manage the work that is essential for game development.
