A fan has made a video featuring the Resident Evil 4 remake if it were made for the PS1, something they do often for many modern games.
Rustic Games BR often takes modern Resident Evil games (and others) and recreates them in the style of the earlier trilogy, depicting what they might look like if they were instead made for the old PS1.

Unfortunately, the video will likely not become a playable game, as usually their creations are solely for videos.
