True to their audacious nature, none of these risk-takers bothered to read the contract. When the ‘buy’ notification popped up on their dragon wallets, they hit accept faster than you can say “To the moon!” Faster than a high-speed broadband connection, these digital daredevils got sucked right into their devices, and are now tasked with fighting for their liquidity in this high-stakes tournament.

Let’s Explore the Tournament Details…
Degens & Dragons is a thrilling elimination tournament that spans five epic phases, each brimming with high-stakes battles. To secure your place in the tournament, you’ll need to mint a degen NFT (or four degens; you’ll see why later). In each phase, players face off against opponents that will test their skills and strategies. You’ll have the freedom to engage in countless battles, push your limits to maximize your score and loot item NFTs. Continuing to fight gives you the chance to loot stronger items, but beware: the more battles you undertake within a phase, the fiercer your enemies become. As each phase concludes, a percentage of players will be eliminated from the tournament based on their total score.
With every phase’s culmination, glorious rewards in Sui await those who have proven their mettle. For those unfortunate souls that have been eliminated before they are ready to throw in the towel, fear not! There is a glimmer of hope. We’ve included the “Well of Souls,” where you can burn four dead degen NFTs that have been eliminated, in order to re-enter the tournament with renewed vigor.
The distribution of rewards in each phase is determined by your overall score on the leaderboard during that phase. The reward is calculated by the following:
(MINT Reward / Total score of all players) x Players total score
Phase 1 — Duration: 1 Day. % of players eliminated: 50%. Reward: None
Phase 2 – Duration: 1 Day. % of players eliminated: 60% of remaining population. Reward: 10% of mint distributed.
Phase 3 – Duration: 1 Day. % of players eliminated: 70% of remaining population. Reward: 10% of mint distributed.
Phase 4 – Duration: 1 Day. % of players eliminated: Only Top 10 Proceed. Reward: 30% of mint distributed.
Phase 5 – Duration: 1 Day. % of players eliminated: None. Reward: 10% of mint distributed.
