Scheduled to launch exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2 in spring 2027, Ninjala 2: The Uncharted Planet takes the colorful ninja action fans know and expands it into a full open-world adventure.

Rather than focusing solely on competitive arena battles, Ninjala 2 follows a group of young ninjas who accidentally unleash a forbidden power and become stranded on a mysterious planet. Their mission is simple: survive, explore, and find a way back home.

The reveal trailer showcased a much larger scale than the original game. You can swing across environments, dash through landscapes, glide on giant gum bubbles, and unleash new Gum Ninjitsu abilities while exploring the planet’s vibrant regions.

Combat also appears to be getting a major upgrade. Familiar weapon crafting and combo systems return, but they’re now paired with exploration, large enemy encounters, and cooperative boss fights that support up to four players online or locally.
