Warner Bros. Interactive and developer NetherRealm Studios have revealed a trailer focused on Friendships coming to Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath.

As stated in our prior coverage [1, 2] the paid expansion Aftermath will be released along-side a free update. This free update contains new stages; including the Klassic Dead Pool and Soul Chamber, stage fatalities, and the return of “Friendships” finishing moves.


The Friendships finishers began in Mortal Kombat 2, and returned for Mortal Kombat 3. The finishing moves had not returned until now, with only references in later titles.
