• Mario Kart 8 Booster Pass 4 adds Birdo and new Yoshi’s Island course

    The upcoming Booster Pass DLC for Mario Kart 8 will bring Birdo back to the roster and a new stage based on the Super Nintendo game Yoshi’s Island.

    The DLC will include seven other new courses but the trailer we saw in this month’s Nintendo Direct is playing it close to the vest.


    Mario Kart 8 is the latest installment in the franchise and thanks to modern “games as a service” models it’s the longest lasting one too.

    With this fourth wave of DLC, the course count has doubled from the original 32 tracks in the base game to a whopping 64. You can check out the trailer below.

    Whether you want some new stages, to play as Birdo, or just want the complete Mario Kart 8 experience, Booster Pass 4 is coming out later this year.
