After four years Square Enix has finally confirmed release platforms for Kingdom Hearts IV.

Kingdom Hearts IV is now launching for Windows PC (Steam, Microsoft Store, Epic Games Store), Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PS5.

A release date for Kingdom Hearts IV was sadly not announced, but here’s a brief blurb and a new trailer:

A new installment in the action role-playing series developed and published by SQUARE ENIX, KINGDOM HEARTS IV follows protagonist Sora and some familiar characters as they journey through the mysterious city of Quadratum. Sora will once again journey to various worlds, where new figures cross his path and new powers awaken in this next chapter. KINGDOM HEARTS IV will launch for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S and PC. More details about the game will be revealed in the future.
