Rebellion have released a cinematic and gameplay trailers, and post-launch plans for upcoming supervillain management sim Evil Genius 2: World Domination.
As previously reported, the game tasks the player with James Bond villain-style world domination. Construct trap-filled lairs, hire henchmen, capture heroes, and bring your schemes to fruition to bring the world to its knees.
Alongside the surprisingly gameplay-filled cinematic trailer, Rebellion announced the game’s Photo Mode would be available at launch, and for free. It also has adjustable field of view, depth of field, focal distance, toggling the visibility of different characters, filters, overlays, and more.
The game’s post-launch plans were also revealed; including free updates and DLC. A campaign pack will become available sometime after launch; featuring a new Genius, island lair, and Force of Justice. Other packs will introduce new henchmen, minion types, rooms, traps, items, and more. Details and release dates will be announced at a later date.
The game will also have a Deluxe Edition; including the base game, Season Pass One, and in-game items (the Fountain of Youth, Trojan Horse, and Aurora Borealis). The Season Pass One will include (released over time) a campaign pack, two henchmen packs, two minions packs, and a lair item pack.

Send those do-gooders spinning with a Pinball Bumper, or put the chomp on them with the Venus Spy-Trap. While one trap is good, more is…evil-er. Combo your traps to banish intruders for good!
