Enjoy the Opening Cinematic for Tales of Berseria

The opening cinematic for Tales of Berseria has leaked online prior to its planned release this week in Japan.

Featured above, you can view the animated opening, created by returning studio Ufotable. Due to the nature of leaks, practically any upload of the opening cinematic typically gets taken down by a copyright claim.

Tales of Berseria is launching on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 on August 18th in Japan, followed by an early 2017 release in both North America and Europe on PlayStation 4 and PC.

That was very pretty. Instead of taking it down they might as well release it officially.

I hope the game was more enjoyable than the last and had more bad ass soundtrack like rising up with lyric/voice of course.

Yeah, I feel like that’s all of the Berseria “arc” that we’re getting out of the anime. Time for your regularly scheduled Zestiria.

At least they still bother with intros. Western games just make it as part of the gameplay :P

Goddamn, more excited for this than most other games. Really hate the slather of Day 1 DLC this is getting though. Just keeps suggesting that no costumes will be unlockable in game.

oh good. I was going by Zesteria, and other Tales games. I know Xillia kept its opening vocals.

Thank god. I would be so mad if vocals got removed.

It’s only bad if you hated Zestiria which I guess you do.

Yeah good point. Or they make “bullshot” trailers for E3 with prerendered CGI made to fool people into thinking it’s gameplay. Battlefield 1 is doing that right now.
