The Niche Gamer crew gets an exclusive, hands-on closed demo with the upcoming RPG Open World Underwater Exploration Game Aquanox Deep Descent! Aquanox Deep Descent is the upcoming reimagining of the classic underwater exploration-action game, Aquanox.
Listen in on our interview and demo with Norbert Vaga, CEO of and Co Founder of Digital Arrow as we explore this underwater epic, featuring a rich and highly detailed environment, beautiful sound design, and massive amounts of customization.
THQ Nordic will be handling publishing for this under water epic developed by Digital Arrow on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows, and is set to enter closed beta later this year.
Off camera, Norbert expressed his wish to add modding and VR support after release to this already ambitious project, which has us excited at the prospect. With that said, this is definitely a title to keep your eyes open for.

June 20, 2017 at 6:59 amGotta say I continue to be amazed by Nordic actually doing something with all these properties they acquired, when most other companies would just ignore them forever.
I mean, Darksiders speaks for itself, but who ever expected to see the likes of Locke’s Quest, de Blob or Legend of Kay ported everywhere?
And now there’s this, which I didn’t even know they owned at that.

They are worthy of support at this point.
