Death Stranding: Director's Cut is Coming to PC

Publisher 505 Games and developer Kojima Productions have announced Death Stranding: Director’s Cut is coming to PC.

While Death Stranding: Director’s Cut is coming to PC, a release window is set for sometime in spring 2022, via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The Director’s Cut version of the game has been available for PS5 since September 2021.

The game’s newest version will be further enhanced on PC via Intel’s new Xe Super Sampling (XeSS) graphics technology. XeSS’s machine learning enriches the games graphical fidelity, as well as elevates gameplay and cutscene performance, and sports higher frame rates, a new photo mode and ultra-wide monitor support.

Here’s a rundown on the game:

From legendary game creator Hideo Kojima comes a genre-defying experience, now expanded in this definitive DIRECTOR’S CUT.

Can you reunite the shattered world, one step at a time?

DEATH STRANDING DIRECTOR’S CUT on PC includes HIGH FRAME RATE, PHOTO MODE and ULTRA-WIDE MONITOR SUPPORT. Also includes cross-over content from Valve Corporation’s HALF-LIFE series and CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. Stay connected with players around the globe with the Social Strand System™.
