DEAD CONNECTION coming to Switch and PS4

Dead Connection

Hamster Corporation has announced the latest addition to their Arcade Archives series with DEAD CONNECTION, a Taito-developed rail shooter from the 90s.

DEAD CONNECTION is coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 this week via their online stores, on February 27th worldwide. This is the first time the game is being ported to home consoles.

Originally released back in 1992 for arcades by Taito, DEAD CONNECTION is a rail shooter with heavy noir vibes and a 1950s setting within “a big city somewhere.”

Here’s a rundown on the game, plus a new trailer:

Once you see, there’s no turning back!

“DEAD CONNECTION” is an action shooting game released by TAITO in 1992. As part of a special team of law enforcement officers tasked with eradicating the evil that has infested big city, you must gather the evidence needed to take down the Nerozzia crime family.

Armed with only a badge and a gun, can you lift the veil of darkness that lays across the city?

Hamster Corporation’s Arcade Archives series of re-releases faithfully reproduces arcade classics for modern platforms.
