Activision have announced the Crash Bandicoot – Crashiversary Bundle; featuring five of the most recent games in the series.
The console-exclusive bundle includes Crash Bandicoot™ N. Sane Trilogy (which itself contains remakes of Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped), Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
The series began in 1996, marking September 9th (in North America) the 25th anniversary this year. The series follow Crash; a mutated bandicoot who was altered by mad scientist Dr. Neo Cortex. Attempts to brainwash him to lead his army of mutant animals backfires, and the now crazed marsupial spins and smashes his way across platforming levels to stop his plans for world domination. Or, they go kart racing.
While usually priced at $119.99 USD, the Microsoft Store version is discounted by 50% for the next few hours. The Crash Bandicoot – Crashiversary Bundle is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
