Following a rumor earlier this month, Valve has announced Counter-Strike 2 for Windows PC.

The new follow-up shooter is launching sometime this summer and will be a free upgrade to Counter-Strike Global Offensive players.

Counter-Strike 2 is the largest technical leap forward in Counter-Strike’s history, ensuring new features and updates for years to come.
