Cosmic Fantasy Collection gets December release date in Japan

Publisher Edia announced a release date for Cosmic Fantasy Collection.

The new classic re-release set to launch on December 15th in Japan. A limited edition is planned, it includes: a copy of the collection, the soundtrack, and a booklet. An English release was confirmed, however details are coming later.

The new collection includes both Cosmic Fantasy: Adventure Boy Yu and the second games Cosmic Fantasy 2: Adventure Boy Van, and is set for a release on Nintendo Switch.

Both games were originally developed by Nippon Telenet, with the first game launching for the PC-Engine in 1990 for Japan and its sequel launched for both PC-Engine and TurboGrafX CD in 1991 for Japan and 1992 in North America.
