Castlevania and Soulsborne Inspired Elderand Announced; Launches 2022 on PC

Elderand

Mantra and co-developer Sinergia Games have announced Metroidvania Elderand during the Guerrilla Collective showcase.

Inspired by Castlevania and Soulsborne titles, the game has a heavy emphasis on skill-based combat and hard-hitting foes. Players must keep their wits about them to slay their foes, loot treasure, and upgrade their character.

“Elderand is a love letter to Castlevania with modern elements that fans will enjoy,” Mantra founder Will Fernandes reportedly stated in a press release. “We think it will be the next great game in the genre and we’re excited to partner with Graffiti Games to release it next year. Graffiti has a strong track record of successfully publishing indie games and Elderand will be their next hit.”
