Misaki’s Classmate Nanami Joins Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation

Misaki's Classmate Nanami Joins

Koei Tecmo has revealed Misaki’s classmate Nanami joins Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation as the latest playable character.

Nanami is a brand-new character for the game, making her debut for the Windows PC version of Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation alongside the other totally original characters made specifically for the PC version of Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation.

Nanami, voiced by Miyuri Shimabukuro, is officially Misaki’s ex-classmate from junior high school, and she gets scouted by a talent acquisition team and subsequently gets invited to the Venus Islands, where she gets reunited with her childhood friend. As the owner of the Venus Islands in the game, Nanami is naturally interested in you.

You’ll have to play the in-game gacha in order to unlock Nanami just like all the other character additions, as the game is a free-to-play title. You can unlock Nanami by acquiring her outfit from the premium gacha, but it’s quite rare – so expect to spend a lot of money.

Nanami joins the ever-growing cast of heroines in Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation after characters like Patty, Kanna, Nagisa, Fiona, and more.

As per the previous character releases, Nanami will be exclusive to the Japanese version of the game prior to being added to the Asian release (which supports English subtitles). It’s worth pointing out that unfortunately, none of the aforementioned characters have been added to the Asian version yet.

Despite Nanami being just added to the Japanese version of the game now, it could be a long time before she’s added to the Asian release, so you can get English subtitles. The most recent girl to be added to the Asian version is Sayuri in February 2021, the nurse that also fits the “big sister” role – after her initial reveal back in 2019.

Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation is available now Windows PC (via DMM Game Portal in Japan).
