Razer Announces Their First Gaming Chair – the Razer Iskur

Razer has announced their first official gaming chair – the Razer Iskur.

The new Razer Iskur is being offered as a luxury gaming chair, complete with all the standard features like the lumbar support, “4D armrests” (they move in several directions), synthetic leather, and both the Razer accents and coloring to complete the package. It doesn’t have RGB lighting, though.

While most other gaming chairs tend to have the same body style with a lumbar pillow attachment you affix to the lower-back area, the Razer Iskur is actually built with a customizable lumbar support system to naturally compliment good posture.

The customizable lumbar system lets you adjust the angle for however you prefer to game while sitting on the Iskur, instead of a pillow that shifts over time or gets flattened with continual use. This is key with this type of lumbar support is to force users to use better posture, to avoid discomfort and tiredness.

Here’s a video of the chair’s functionality:

Unlike most gaming chairs which have lumbar pillows that shift over time or fixed supports that can’t be adjusted, the Razer Iskur provides total lower back support with a built-in, fully adjustable lumbar curve that closely aligns to your spine—ensuring ideal gaming posture for maximum comfort in gaming marathons.

The Razer Iskur is available now on the official Razer Store, for $499.99, but initial shipments won’t go out until later this month.
