HopFrog have released a big free update to their open-world crafting game, Forager.
Forager: Evolved contains both new content, and a collection of popular community mods. Some of the new content includes 9 new structures, and 7 new items. The update also collects 8 of the most popular community mods, and places them in a convenient package that can be downloaded all at once.

Forager is a 2D open world game inspired by exploration, farming and crafting games such as Stardew Valley, Terraria & Zelda.
- Gather, collect and manage resources.
- Craft useful items & structures.
- Build and grow a base out of nothing. Buy land to expand and explore.
- Level up and learn new skills, abilities, and blueprints.
- Solve puzzles, find secrets and raid dungeons!

BECOME… A GATHERER
- Forage, fish, mine, hunt, dig and farm for all sorts of resources, consumables and materials.
- Explore different biomes for new resources.
- Showcase your rarest discoveries at the local Museum and earn rewards for completing bundles!
BECOME… A FARMER
- Plant and grow all sorts of veggies, flowers, fruit & other fun and weird herbs
You may even “plant” and grow rocks and minerals if you find the right way to do it!
- Animals are awesome! With our super fancy-schmancy Love System they can all be your besties!
Pet them, feed them and take care of them and they will love you FOREVER!
BECOME… A MERCHANT
- Capitalism is awesome! Why bother gathering resources when you can either mass-produce them or by them in bulk?
- The world is FULL of resources to exploit and make profits with! Sell EVERYTHING! Buy more things! Sell them at a profit!
- Build an empire through trade and aggressive expansion!
BECOME… AN ADVENTURER
- Upgrade your equipment and venture into 4 distinct old-school Zelda-like dungeons hidden in the overworld.
- Invite NPCs to join your raiding party and face off against mighty bosses!
- Solve puzzles and find 30+ hidden treasures chests filled with blueprints and goodies.
BECOME… A BUILDER
- Build and grow a base out of nothing! Buy land to expand!
- Place decorations and make roads to get to places faster.
- Defend your home from invading foes. They are SO jealous of you!
- Focus on industrial efficiency, on designing a nice little farm, or on making your base look nice. The choice is yours!
