Scholastic, Sony Pictures Consumer Products, and developer Cosmic Forces have announced Goosebumps Dead of Night.

Players are tasked with solving puzzles and recovering pages from Goosebumps stories from around the Stine House. All while Slappy the Dummy and other monsters from the story wreak havok. Some of these include the Graveyard Ghoul, Lawn Gnomes, Annihilator 3000, Murder the Clown, and the Werewolf of Fever Swamp.


As stated in the press release (via Games Press), the game builds upon the mobile VR game Goosebumps Night of Scares. It now features HD graphics, additional chapters (“like Dr. Brewer’s twisted Conservatory and the menacing Tesla Tower”), an expanded Stine House with more puzzles, five new monsters, improved AI, and more.

The Nintendo Switch version will also feature HD Rumble, touchscreen support, and gyroscopic controls.
