Jumpless Platformer Super Magbot Launches 2021 for Windows PC, Published by Team17 Digital

Super Magbot

Team17 Digital have announced they will be publishing Astral Pixel’s Super Magbot, a platforming game with no jumping, along with the game’s release date.

Along with the press release, details were also shared on Steam. As the developer’s debut title, players control a robot defending the Magnetia from a grave evil.

Using magnetic hands, players can pull themselves towards surfaces, or push away. The latter is important, considering Magbot cannot jump otherwise!

Daniel Guzmán Cerón, the game’s lead programmer, shared his thoughts.

“Super Magbot is the result of working hand in hand with my brother over the past two years. It has been a truly self-learning experience in every way, and we couldn’t be happier to have Team17 on board as our publisher, their legacy of working with indie games makes them a great fit for our game. We have worked hard to create a refreshing take on platforming gameplay and we can’t wait to see players enjoying Super Magbot’s challenges.”

You can find the announcement trailer below.
