Idea Factory International have announced Megadimension Neptunia VII is heading to Nintendo Switch in the west.

Originally launched in 2016 (2015 in Japan), Megadimension Neptunia VII sees the continuing adventures of Neptunia and friends- goddesses in the land of Gamindustri (with anime girl representations of gaming platforms, along with major publishers and developers).

However, the CPU Shift will soon be upon them, with the people asking for new rulers from the next generation. Neptune and her sister Nepgear are then sucked into a retro video game console, and end up in the Zero Dimension.

Soon after they join up with that world’s last goddess, Uzume Tennouboshi, against the forces of the Dark CPU.

The game will launch digitally on Nintendo Switch. DLC on other platforms will be available on Nintendo Switch, with the exception of the Million Arthur DLC (which was a limited time offer).

Story

G.C. 2015 — Gamindustri has entered a precarious season known as the CPU Shift Period. During this time of social unrest, deprecating rumors about the Goddesses have begun to saturate Gamindustri. Neptune and the others worry the citizens will soon call for new leaders to replace them and end their rule.

In these critical moments for Planeptune, Neptune and Nepgear mysteriously disappear. Their destination: a divergent world, nearing its catastrophic end, called the Zero Dimension. They encounter the last remaining Goddess of this world, Uzume Tennouboshi, who is desperately waging a lonely battle against a colossal evil known as the Dark CPU.

Will Neptune and Nepgear be able to work together with Uzume in order to save Zero Dimension from tragedy? So begins a new adventure for Neptune…

Megadimension Neptunia VII is available on Windows PC (via Steam), and PlayStation 4, and Summer 2020 on Nintendo Switch in North America (March 19th in Japan).
