Octopath Traveler Sells 2 Million Copies, Celebrates with 50% off Sale Until April 2

Octopath Traveler

To celebrate Octopath Traveler achieving 2 million copies sold, Square Enix have issued a sale for the game.

While the announcement has not come via Square Enix, Nintendo of Europe tweeted “To celebrate 2 million copies sold, OCTOPATH TRAVELER is 50% off until 02/04!”

The offer and the period of the sale seem to be consistent across Steam, and the Nintendo eShop for the US and Europe. We will keep you informed should we discover any exceptions.

In August 2018, we reported that the game achieved 1 million copies sold. In November 2019, Denuvo was removed from Octopath Traveler on Steam.

You can find the full rundown (via Steam) below.
