Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous Announced

Owlcat Games has announced Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, a new sequel to their crowdfunded RPG Pathfinder: Kingmaker.

The new sequel is also set in the same pen-and-paper Pathfinder universe its predecessor is set within. A release window nor release platforms weren’t announced, but it’s safe to say this will release for Windows PC like the original. Featured above, you can find the first official artwork for the game.

While the original game was focused more on building your own kingdom, the sequel is set Golarion, the Worldwound, a wasteland ravaged by demons. You’ll be thrust into the battle between humans and demons. Fans of the original adventure module that Wrath of the Righteous is based on will find familiar faces and encounters, but there will be new stories and characters too.

More details will be shared via the game’s official website.

The original Pathfinder: Kingmaker is available on Windows PC, Mac, and Linux via Steam and GOG for $39.99. In case you missed it, you can find our review here.
