• M2-Developed Shmup and VN Hybrid Feveron Gakuen Reappears as Gakuen for PS4

    The latest Dengeki PlayStation (via Ryokutya2089) has confirmed M2’s new shoot ’em up Feveron Gakuen has finally resurfaced.


    Originally revealed back in 2017, the shoot ’em up and visual novel hybrid is now titled simply Gakuen, and is now confirmed for a PlayStation 4 release. A release date wasn’t confirmed.

    While details are scant, the game is focused on a world where shoot ’em up games have been proven to improve human abilities, and the local government has even introduced legislation to include shmups in all forms of training and learning. This also includes club activities, as well as your regular education.
