Publisher Dangen Entertainment have revealed a new game – Bug Fables.

Developed by Moonsprout Games, the adventure RPG takes inspiration from Paper Mario in both visuals and gameplay, utilizing bugs in a more colorful and cuddly way than Hollow Knight did.

Bug Fables is an Adventure RPG following Vi, Kabbu, and Leif as they search Bugaria’s kingdoms, swamps, forests and deserts for The Everlasting Sapling, a treasure said to grant immortality!

Key Features:

• 7 chapters of story following the heroes across Bugaria!
• A vast overworld that transitions into turn-based combat! Use Vi’s Beemerang, Leif’s ice magic, or Kabbu’s horn to defend yourself from foes!
• Action commands which can make attacks more effective, or block enemy attacks!
• A cooking system to turn ingredients into items that can help you in battle!
• Over 20 sidequests and 15 optional bosses!

Bug Haven will launch September 2019 for Windows PC (via Itch.io and Steam), Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4.
