Vile Monarch and Devolver Digital have finally announced a release date for Weedcraft Inc, their upcoming management sim about growing and selling the devil’s lettuce.
This narrative-heavy management game will be launching on April 11th, exclusively on Steam.
Weedcraft Inc allows players to build up their own marijuana empire. Starting with a humble (and illegal) one-man operation, players will be able to expand into a major corporation that offers exotic new strains developed for maximum potency.
The game will also dip into the legality of the business, and will have segments where you’ll need to dip your toe into politics to keep your business legal in the eyes of the state. You can check out the latest trailer above.

Would-be marijuana moguls will need to prioritize resources carefully as they manage the production and distribution of their weed. Cultivate killer plants, cross-breed them to create unique strains of the devil’s lettuce, hire and manage a growing staff, and be prepared to take on the competition. As in real life, the business of bud presents plenty of opportunity along with a plethora of problems. Decide when and where to take on extra risk to maximize profit, but be careful, the cops and politicians are all working their own angles.
