AWAY: Journey to the Unexpected Launches for PC and Consoles in February

Playdius Games have announced the release date of AWAY: Journey to the Unexpected.

Developed by Aurelien Regard Games, “you play as a kid that is neither a hero nor a warrior. Yet with the power of friendship, you will overcome every obstacle in your way!”

One of the more curious features of the game is that every character aside from yourself seems to be 2D, despite the world being 3D.

The game’s release date varies on platform. In chronological order, it is coming to PlayStation 4 (February 5th), Nintendo Switch (February 7th), Xbox One (February 8th), and Windows PC via Steam (February 13th).
